Today we went on a hike

The map above was drawn by my dad and impressed me a lot. You will see some of my attempts at reproducing this marvel of cartography in later posts.
Google Maps tells me it's a walk of about 12km, though we probably hiked on forrest paths and did not follow the main streets as it suggests.
Oh and dad? Your scale was way off 
The return ticket shows that the fare for me was 40 Pfennig, a ridiculous low price compared to today. And even back then it wasn't much.
